Troubleshooting
Most failures are connectivity, configuration, or regulatory — not a missing compose button.
Cannot sign in
Confirm the login email (not the HamLink address) and password. Local development uses the Supabase Auth service on port 54321.
Message stays Queued
No internet and no radio path. Enable internet on the station, attach HamLink Bridge and a radio, or wait for a gateway. Use Retry route when a path is back.
Bridge disconnected
Register a device, keep HamLink Bridge running, and confirm it is not revoked. Connection Center should show HamLink Bridge as Connected.
Cannot enable a gateway
Open Regulatory Profile and enable Gateway permitted, then Station → Enable internet gateway. HamLink will not authorize a gateway without that opt-in.
Attachment blocked for radio
That is expected for large files. Send text now, or wait for internet delivery. The compose screen warns when an attachment requires internet.
