Radio Communications Policy
Radio features are jurisdiction-aware. HamLink will not secretly enable relay or gateway operation.
You remain the control operator
A HamLink account is not a radio license. Station identification, privileges, third-party traffic, encryption, automatic operation, and gateway activity must follow the rules that apply to you.
Regulatory profiles
Configure country, callsign, bands, modes, and permitted functions before enabling radio, relay, or gateway roles. If HamLink cannot determine that an on-air action is permitted, it will not transmit automatically.
Not a bypass
HamLink is not a mechanism for bypassing licensing laws, spectrum regulations, or communications restrictions. Users remain responsible for lawful station operation.
