Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use HamLink Mail, the HamLink Agent, and related network services.
The service
HamLink provides a mailbox and a transport engine. Messages may travel over the internet, over compatible amateur-radio paths, or remain queued until a permitted route appears.
HamLink is not a guaranteed emergency service, a public-safety system, or a replacement for licensed radio operation.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. One HamLink account is separate from any amateur-radio station identity you later attach.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including Agent devices you register.
Acceptable use
Do not use HamLink to send unlawful content, abuse emergency priority, attack infrastructure, or bypass amateur-radio licensing and operating rules.
Relay and gateway operation is opt-in. You must not configure another person's station without authorization.
Delivery
HamLink attempts delivery using available, permitted paths. Delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may expire, fail, or remain queued when no route exists.
Changes
HamLink may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
