Privacy Policy
HamLink is designed to avoid exposing more than is needed to deliver a message.
What we store
Account data (display name, username, login email, country, optional callsign), mailbox contents, contacts, device registrations, station and regulatory configuration, and delivery/custody events.
Gateway directory listings use approximate regions. Precise private station locations are not published without operator consent.
What we do not expose
Relay operators do not receive a mailbox view of traffic they only transport. Routing internals, IP addresses, and infrastructure details are not shown in ordinary user interfaces.
Radio considerations
Amateur-radio transmissions are subject to identification and content rules that differ from internet email. HamLink does not assume that ordinary internet end-to-end encryption can be used on the air.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated mailbox data. Queued radio copies that already left your station may persist until they expire or are delivered, according to store-and-forward rules.
